Welcome to my world! This is where you can learn about the middle age, woman, single parent that is creating two businesses after 30 years in corporate, all while going to school full time and raising a Great Dane puppy. I figured I cannot be the only person in the world going through this, so I decided to share my journey.
My journey so far
For 30 years, I navigated the corporate landscape of the insurance industry. I climbed the ladder, held positions with prestigious companies, and experienced both the highs and lows that come with it. While I had some great jobs, I also had some not so great jobs.
The turning point
Ultimately, I burned out. That experience became my turning point. I realized I needed a change, a new challenge, something that truly resonated with me. That's what led me here, to creating mymiddleagestartup.com and sharing my story.
Why i'm doing this
This isn't just a blog, or a business. It's a way for me to connect with others who may be going through similar transitions. Whether it's a career change, starting a business later in life, or simply juggling multiple responsibilities, I hope my experiences can offer inspiration and a sense of community. Plus, who doesn't love a Great Dane puppy?
